We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Guadalajara, North Campus. As a key member of our Global Procurement & Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for overseeing various warehouse activities, including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods, maintaining inventory and associated records.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the shipping, receiving, and distribution of goods
- E nsure work orders are delivered accurately and efficiently filled
- P erform quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods
- M aintain proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability
- M aintain files on all equipment. Conduct routine and periodic accurate inventory counts on warehouse
- A ccountable for ordering necessary equipment
- E nsure sites are adequately and routinely stocked
- E nsure warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat, and safe manner
- A ccountable for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience as Warehouse Supervisor & material handling
- Leadership previous experience
- Communication skills: CFT meeting attendance
- Experience in similar position in metal mechanical environment
- Experience in the use of Agile
- Microsoft office knowledge
- Experience in BAAN system (SAP)
- Flexible working hours
- Intermediate English
