**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team at Endava. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients, leveraging your expertise in Salesforce technical areas.
**Key Responsibilities**:
• Provide expert advice in Salesforce technical areas, challenging ambiguity and promoting best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build domain architecture, solutions, and business flows.
• Configure or develop new functionalities on top of Salesforce, using standard techniques for extending the platform.
• Lead teams of less senior people, providing guidance on best-practices and troubleshooting.
• Participate in sandbox management and deployments, ensuring seamless delivery.
• Maintain recognized expert level knowledge in Salesforce, through certifications and staying up-to-date with latest platform upgrades.
**Requirements and Qualifications**:
• 5+ years of overall development experience (Salesforce or other tech-stack).
• Hands-on experience with integration techniques of Salesforce.
• Experience with developing data models and data flows.
• Salesforce Certified Admin I and/or Salesforce Platform Developer.
• Functional knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud.
• Experience of Salesforce Vlocity / Industry or Salesforce Field Service verticals is a plus.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II and any other certifications is a plus.
