We are seeking a Product Launch Quality Engineer (Manufacturing) to join our team. In this role, you will support New Technology Launches in Manufacturing, working closely with Dematic's Product Management & Development team and Manufacturing Launch Functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for quality requirements and deliverables for Alpha- and Beta sites until Commercialization Status.
- Coordinate all New Product Introduction quality tasks between all required Manufacturing areas and the PLQ Project Lead.
- Create and monitor quality requirements for new development projects in Manufacturing.
- Implement Control Plan for new products based on defined CtQs within Manufacturing.
- Moderate Process FMEA and governance of FMEA Processes, risk identification, and action tracking.
- Lead Coordinator of Initial Sample/PPAPs within Manufacturing in cooperation with local Manufacturing Quality.
- Support overall Manufacturing Readiness improvements along Dematic's Development and Launch Process (GOLD).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Adequate vocational training in a relevant field and technical experience or similar.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in professional Quality or New Product Introduction role in project/product-based business.
- Product Development Quality Management and/or Manufacturing Quality experiences preferred.
- Advanced level of fluency in technical/business English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
