About the Job:
We are looking for a results-driven sales professional who can meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients, and possess a genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective client outreach and sales techniques
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, updating and maintaining client profile records
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections and assist management with store opening and closing procedures
- Comply with company policies and procedures, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service related field; preferably a luxury environment
- Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Builds and maintains a loyal client following, has a genuine interest in fashion and follows industry trends/news
- Exhibits a strong work ethic, leadership skills, high energy level, and is team-oriented
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, maintains a polished and well-groomed appearance at all times
