About the Role:
PACCAR Inc is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our external customers, resolving technical issues, and creating support instructions for new projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, triage, and resolve technical issues for PACCAR Enterprise Applications and Infrastructure
- Create support instructions for new projects
- Maintain Knowledgebase and other internal processes and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT Service Desk environment
- Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Knowledge of PC OS systems, hardware, and software
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Customer Service oriented
- Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- IT Technical Certification (MCP, MCSE or MCSA)
