Are you prepared to elevate your finance career? We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Querétaro, focusing on Collections and Deductions. In this position, you will oversee the entire Invoice to Cash process to optimize cash flow, ensuring prompt payments and addressing deductions. You will work closely with both internal and external partners, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), while fostering a customer-centric environment. This role entails identifying the root causes of payment discrepancies, driving ongoing enhancements, and ensuring compliance within a robust control framework to achieve operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer & Collections Oversight:

Act as the primary liaison for designated customers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their policies and WK Kellogg's sales terms.Proactively engage with customers to confirm receipt of invoices and monitor payment progress.Resolve aged receivables and incorrect deductions by collaborating with internal teams and external clients.Manage various deduction types, including pricing, shipment, and miscellaneous issues.Address order holds and releases, contributing to sales strategy discussions.

Compliance & Process Improvement:

Ensure compliance with WK Kellogg's Invoice to Cash policies and standards (GAAP, SOX, audit).Conduct trend analysis to enhance processes and systems.Consistently achieve performance metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Innovation & Professional Development:

Continuously enhance skills through training and share best practices with colleagues.Engage in process improvement initiatives and support efficiency and quality projects.Assist in system testing and pilot programs prior to implementing significant changes.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (collections, deductions, or customer service).Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
