About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Ground Cross-Border in Mexico. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods across borders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick up, follow up, tracking, and final delivery of Cross-Border shipments
  • Accurate and professional follow up with customers
  • Answer and/or proactive information to customers
  • Negotiate rates with vendors (when needed)
  • Enter all related data into system
  • FTL, LTL, and Consolidation operational knowledge
  • Support Ground Budget
  • Respond to incoming inquiries timely
  • Achieve assigned targets (KPI's)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, transportation, or similar preferred
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Ground and Border Crossing Operations
  • Microsoft Office
  • Cargo Wise system preferred
  • English basic spoken and written
