Job Summary:

Valeo is a global automotive supplier partner, designing innovative solutions for the mobility industry. We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer - Project Management to join our team in Queretaro.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Quality in Projects: Set and monitor quality roadmaps, define quality costs, and follow up on customer milestones.
  • Ensure CPM Respect: Respect build-in quality standards, challenge other project teams, and ensure SPPC tracking.
  • Focus on Design & Change: Ensure novelty consideration in DFMEA, PFMEA, DV&PV, and update quality documents after product/process changes.
  • Support Supplier Management: Support internal and external supplier parts on Valeo sites, collect supplier issues, and integrate best practices.
  • Get IS Validated by Customer: Define prototype, pre-serial, and serial control plans, ensure consistency between SPPC, FMEA, and control plan, and participate in pre-FDPR and FDPR.
  • Apply QRQC Rules: Participate in project QRQC, ensure project team uses QRQC material/rules, and manage issues in the single list of issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience in quality project management in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards, CPM, and QRQC.
  • Ability to work in a team and lead projects.
