Job Summary

As a Supply Chain Development Manager at Jabil Malaysia, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic supply chain solutions that drive business growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Design and implement inventory management systems to optimize working capital
  • Develop and deploy quoting processes to win new business
  • Negotiate favorable pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers
  • Work with customers to create alignment in supplier selection strategies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and local legislation
  • Establish clear and measurable goals and objectives for individual and team performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management or business development
  • Additional certifications such as ASQ, CQE, CQM, CQA, or ISO Lead Auditor are highly desirable
