We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Schneider Electric Gruppe. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our production equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and optimize production efficiency.
- Corrective Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to production teams to ensure smooth operation of equipment and processes.
- Project Management: Lead and manage projects to improve equipment efficiency, reduce maintenance costs, and increase overall production capacity.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge of production equipment, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Language: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
