About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Plant Operations Executive to drive the achievement of operational performance and budgets at our plant. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to safety performance, quality performance, internal and external customer delivery performance, production volumes, manufacturing costs, productivity, working capital, profit, cash, and production KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the organization in achieving operational performance and budgets, ensuring the achievement of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Develop and implement a long-term vision for the plant, supported by a detailed plant roadmap with clear correlation between action and results.
  • Lead, manage, coach, mentor, and develop a diverse and result-oriented leadership team.
  • Ensure the correct ramp up of the new plant and work closely with other strategic business partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 8+ years solid working experience in operations and relevant functions in the automotive industry.
  • 5+ years leadership experience, including coaching and mentoring skills.
  • 5+ years restraint technology experience, preferably in inflatable restraint systems.
  • Experience in project management, lean management, and continuous improvement.
