Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at L'Oréal. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within the retail sector.

Your Role

As a Strategic Business Development Manager, you will work under the supervision of the Key Account Director to build joint business plans with accounts. You will contribute to our commercial vision by sharing account perspectives, risks, and opportunities.

You will also:

  • Build accurate forecasts and achieve account results: turnover, market share, profit. Plan all growth drivers accordingly.
  • Prepare and lead account negotiations, escalating when relevant. Build action plans to implement division and channel strategies. Ensure their execution and tracking down to store level and sell-out.
  • Act as an expert on your account to feed a retailer-centric account planning process, ensuring maximum alignment.
  • Build retailer-specific development plans and compelling stories to get retailers to buy in.
  • Develop deep customer intelligence and strong networks with key stakeholders at retailers.
  • Work closely with other departments (Supply, Catman, Finance, Marketing) to connect account key stakeholders with their L'Oréal counterparts. Ensure consistency of L'Oréal voices when speaking to retailers.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide:
