Key Responsibilities- Design and develop digital products and services that meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to ensure design solutions are feasible and meet business requirements.
- Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure customer-centric design.
- Develop and maintain design systems and standards to ensure consistency and quality across products.
- Lead design activities such as design critiques, usability testing, and design workshops.
- Present design work and communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design.
- 5-7 years of experience in product design or a related field.
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in product design and user experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
