Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design vision and strategy that meets customer needs.
  • Work closely with Design and Product Leadership to define features and contribute to the overall direction of product areas.
  • Build and iterate on solutions that drive customer understanding of GBM products.
  • Promote an outstanding design practice, influence product strategy, and ensure product execution.
  • Use facilitative leadership skills to drive stakeholder outcomes and build positive relationships with product management, development, marketing, and the UX team.

Requirements:
