Red Bull Gruppe's sales teams focus on making Red Bull products easily accessible worldwide. This is achieved through two channel-oriented sales teams: Off Premise and On Premise.

Responsibilities

  • A university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or Marketing is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably with FMCG or beverage industry background.
  • Cross-functional experience in Trade Marketing, Field Sales, and Consumer Marketing is an advantage.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify client challenges and propose innovative solutions.
  • Commercial acumen, including a strong understanding of sales processes and financial systems.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales and customer data to develop initiatives with high value for the shopper, customer, and Red Bull.
  • Presentation skills, with the ability to provide commercially viable strategies or processes in a clear and concise manner.

Benefits

  • The salary for this position is approximately €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
  • Travel opportunities, with 20-30% of time spent on business travel.
