**Job Summary**
We are looking for a talented Quality Assurance Specialist with a passion for the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering and a proven track record of ensuring product quality and compliance with industry standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, organize, and conduct quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Identify and report deviations from standard procedures and take corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure quality management system compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain qualitative documentation related to processes and products.
- Provide training and guidance to colleagues on quality management systems and best practices.
- Maintain and operate within IATF 16949 quality system requirements and customer-specific standards.
- Prepare and present reports on quality performance and implementation of quality initiatives.
**Requirements**
- 2 years of experience in the automotive production sector in a quality department on an engineering position, or 3 years of experience in the quality department in the production sector.
- Engineering degree or technical college degree with 3 years of experience in the automotive production sector in the quality department.
- Training in IATF 16949, SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, and PPAP.
- Audits - ISO19011 training or 1 year in the automotive production sector (IATF16949, VDA).
- C1 English level or above.
- Legally able to work in Mexico.
- Willingness to relocate to the UK after an initial period.
**Additional Information**
The successful candidate will be required to work from Mexico in a home office setting and then relocate to the UK for on-site work. Attention to detail is essential for this role.
