Continuous Excellence Lead

The Continuous Excellence Lead will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating continuous improvement activities across multiple sites and functions. This individual will lead process improvements that result in significant gains in operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and facilitating cross-functional teams to identify and implement process enhancements
- Developing and implementing process improvements that meet business requirements
- Mentoring and coaching team members on lean and six sigma methodologies
- Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and developing recommendations for process changes
Required skills and qualifications include:
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing and office environments
- Management and/or leadership experience
- Demonstrated success in leading/facilitating CI transformations
- Lean and Six-Sigma Black Belt certification
This role requires strong professional acumen, effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
