We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Patient Navigator to join our team at myTomorrows. As a Patient Navigator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals who contact us with specific questions regarding pre-approval treatment options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with patients and caregivers to provide highly informative and educational responses regarding pre-approval treatment options.
- Capture medical data in our internal platform to ensure accurate and efficient patient navigation.
- Search global trial databases using our AI tool to identify relevant pre-approval options for patients.
- Pre-screen patients for specific clinical trials to ensure eligibility and suitability.
- Engage with patients to expand our Medical Community and create awareness about the myTomorrows platform.
- Proactively identify trends and opportunities in our daily operations to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- A background in healthcare, preferably previous work experience with patient care in a clinical setting.
- Knowledge of clinical trials and/or expanded access programs.
- Literacy in Microsoft Office and web-based media, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Understanding and empathetic when working with patients, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to prioritize different commitments while maintaining high quality of work, with a strong attention to detail and ability to record information accurately.
- Ability to build relationships of trust and manage confidential information and data appropriately.
- A team player who thrives in a multicultural, diverse environment.
