Senior Product Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

The Senior Product Marketing Specialist will be responsible for leading the global marketing efforts for the PowerFlex 750-Series variable frequency drive portfolios, accessories, and options. This role will involve strategic planning, customer engagement, product quality management, and commercial program development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic plans for the PowerFlex 755T portfolio through a Business Strategy Review process.
  • Own business unit customer relationships and collaborate with Rockwell Sales Account Managers and Distributor partners to address customer inquiries and issues.
  • Oversee the execution of product quality field issue resolution in collaboration with Rockwell Sales, Quality, and Remote/Field Technical Support teams.
  • Provide Product Management leadership to the Continuation Engineering team for product quality improvements, cost reductions, parts obsolescence, and to meet evolving standards and customer requested product changes and enhancements.
  • Develop and manage commercial programs to generate new business and increase market share.
  • Define, track, and report on key business objectives and goals to senior leaders.

  • Ability to travel nationally/internationally up to 10%
  • Legal authorization to work in Mexico

  • Bachelor's Degree of Science in Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
