**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team at Muhr Und Bender Kg. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and implementing lean manufacturing principles to enhance our operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address areas for improvement
- Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes
- Design and implement lean manufacturing systems and tools, including 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and Standard Work
- Provide coaching and training to employees on lean manufacturing principles and practices
- Develop and maintain metrics to measure process performance and identify areas for improvement
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of experience in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, quality, or engineering
- Expert-level experience with Microsoft Office and Minitab
- Technical knowledge of lean manufacturing systems and tools
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with ability to influence and coach across multiple levels of the organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Masters degree in a related field
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
- Lean Manufacturing Certification
- SAP experience
- Bilingual German/Spanish
