Your Role

As our in-house Architect, you will be instrumental in designing and overseeing the construction of our real estate projects. You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure our architectural designs are executed flawlessly and align with our strategic objectives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop architectural designs from concept through execution.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure design specifications are met.
  • Utilize innovative design techniques to enhance functionality and aesthetics.
  • Conduct site evaluations and assessments to integrate environmental and structural considerations.
  • Prepare and present project proposals, blueprints, and reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations.
  • Manage project documentation and coordinate with contractors and consultants.
  • Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to architectural plans.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Professional degree in Architecture.
  • Proven minimum 5 years experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Proficient with CAD software and other architectural design tools.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in sustainable design practices is a plus.
