As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business areas in sales and expense planning, financial analysis, and performance evaluation.
**Responsibilities:**
- Partner with business stakeholders to develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions, including sales and expense planning, cost optimization, and process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain financial reporting tools and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging data and analytics to drive business outcomes.
- Support the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis processes, ensuring alignment with company-wide initiatives.
- Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders, including financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
**Requirements:**
- University degree in business and/or finance related field with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Advanced English skills.
- Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of people management/supervisor experience, FP&A support for Sales and Marketing organizations, Pharmaceutical industry experience, CPA or MBA.
