About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr..Net Fullstack Engineer to join our team at Thomson Reuters U.S. Income Tax Compliance. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the development and maintenance of our tax and accounting software ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop end-to-end technical solutions for multiple products or complex projects
  • Lead routine projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
  • Solve complex problems with minimal guidance
Requirements
  • 3 or more years' experience in a software engineering environment, including experience with co-located as well as geographically distributed teams
  • Strong Computer Science fundamentals in Data Structures and algorithm design
  • Strong programming experience with FrontEnd Frameworks.Net Framework and.Net Core, preferably with C#
  • Strong object-oriented design and development skills
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID, DRY, DDD and core database design principles
  • Experience with Angular, AngularJS and Javascript
  • Experience with relational database systems, e.g. SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL; No SQL experience is a plus
  • Experience working with public cloud infrastructure preferably AWS (EC2, S3, ALB, Auto Scaling, RDS, Lambda function, SQS)
  • Awareness of CI/CD/DevOps concepts and tools
  • Comfortable with the disciplines of Unit Testing and Test Automation
  • Experience working in an environment in which releasable code is delivered every two weeks
  • Effective communication skills via face-to-face discussion, phone, email, chat, white-boarding, or other collaboration platforms
