Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Failure Management Specialist to join our team at Robert Bosch Group. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for managing customer claims and ensuring the highest level of quality in our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate investigations of customer claims and document 8D reports internally and in customer portals.
  • Verify implemented corrective actions and distribute lessons learned across the value stream for customer claims.
  • Participate in internal, external, and certification audits for customer-specific requirements to enable best quality practices.
  • Be an active member of the PFMEA moderations and line walks.
  • Be an active member of the Risk Assessment.
Requirements
  • Advanced English Level (fluency in speaking, written communication, commercial negotiations)
  • Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (8D, KT, Shainin)
  • Negotiation skills and customer-oriented
  • Self-driven and leadership skills
  • Previous experience in customer service (OEMs, TIERS)
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry
