About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at VASS MEXICO. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and promoting the continued use of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients in the IT sector.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and solutions to maximize the use of Salesforce.
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective and timely Salesforce implementations.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on client performance, Salesforce usage, and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve technical and commercial issues, serving as a liaison between the client and Salesforce support teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce trends and updates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Account Manager in the IT sector.
  • Strong experience and certifications in Salesforce (Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform and best practices for its implementation and optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients in a technical environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-oriented and able to work independently.
