About the Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Specialist II to join our team in Mexico. As a Clinical Specialist II, you will be responsible for promoting our company's products through education of current and potential customers, implant and patient clinic coverage within a defined region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute action plans for each customer to achieve projected sales goals and increase sales revenues within product segments.
  • Coordinate with the back-office team to resolve customer requests and provide excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Negotiate and process customer orders to achieve quota and demonstrate proven analytical, planning, and negotiation skills.
  • Assist the Clinical department and hospital research team during the conduct of studies and data collection, including adverse and serious adverse events reporting.
  • Monitor inventory levels, initiate logistics, and coordinate communication between internal and external customers to facilitate return of product.
  • Develop and execute training plans and materials, including hands-on training and training materials development and preparation.
  • Collaborate with the Territory Manager on business strategy and tactics at the physician level and demonstrate mastery of all sales tools and programs available.

Requirements:

  • Position based in Querétaro, responsible for the territory in Querétaro, Michoacán, Aguascalientes, Guanajuato, San Luis Potosí, and Zacatecas.
  • At least 3 or 5 years of experience working with key accounts (Distributors).
  • Proven analytical, planning, and negotiation skills, as well as strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with advanced level English spoken and written.
  • This position requires 60% to 80% of travel.
