- Maintain and use service center equipment accurately, ensuring integrity and avoiding damage.
- Receive and inspect instruments returned from calibration, ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Report any instrument failures, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.
- Use instruments accurately according to their measurement ranges, ensuring integrity and calibration.
- Conduct final inspections of serviced equipment when required, ensuring non-involvement in the process.
- Release serviced equipment after final inspection, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
- Advise the Quality Engineer of any non-conforming equipment, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.

- Proven experience of about 3 years as a Machine Tool Technician handling manual lathes, milling machines, drills, and CNC machining centers.
- Proven experience in tooling equipment, ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Proven experience in CNC equipment control and programming, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Basic AutoCAD skills, enabling effective communication and collaboration.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and handle tolerances, ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments, ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Willingness to work varied hours, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.
- Basic/intermediate English proficiency, enabling effective communication and collaboration.
- Experience handling MAZAK CNC equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
