We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist Technician to join our team at Emerson. As a CNC Machinist Technician, you will be responsible for implementing work orders assigned by the Service Manager, ensuring compliance with area requirements and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Complete work orders assigned by the Service Manager, adhering to quality standards and customer specifications.
  2. Machine products according to specifications provided by supervisors, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  3. Prepare periodic reports on work completed, highlighting any issues or concerns.
  4. Inspect products during the manufacturing process, identifying any defects or irregularities.
  5. Support service execution activities within the Service Center, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
  6. Deliver services according to the contracted scope, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
  7. Ensure all services align with interpersonal safety and hygiene standards.
  8. Maintain the performance of assigned BU equipment and systems, ensuring optimal functionality.
  9. Collaborate with and train less expert engineers, sharing knowledge and expertise.
  10. Report weekly activities and expenses, providing transparency and accountability.
  11. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
  12. Provide technical recommendations to clients, offering expert advice and guidance.
  13. Implement and follow Quality Management System procedures and instructions, ensuring compliance and adherence.
  14. Identify deviations in documents related to the management system, reporting any issues or concerns.
  15. Identify potential deviations in service center procedures, recommending improvements and enhancements.
  16. Address, follow up, and resolve assigned non-conformities, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  17. Report any equipment failures affecting daily service center activities, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.
  18. Maintain and use service center equipment accurately, ensuring integrity and avoiding damage.
  19. Receive and inspect instruments returned from calibration, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  20. Report any instrument failures, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.
  21. Use instruments accurately according to their measurement ranges, ensuring integrity and calibration.
  22. Conduct final inspections of serviced equipment when required, ensuring non-involvement in the process.
  23. Release serviced equipment after final inspection, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
  24. Advise the Quality Engineer of any non-conforming equipment, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.
  25. Suspend activities if there is a risk to personal safety, others, or the facility, ensuring a safe working environment.
  26. Request evidence for non-conformities or improper use or failure of equipment/instruments, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience of about 3 years as a Machine Tool Technician handling manual lathes, milling machines, drills, and CNC machining centers.
  2. Proven experience in tooling equipment, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  3. Proven experience in CNC equipment control and programming, ensuring optimal functionality.
  4. Basic AutoCAD skills, enabling effective communication and collaboration.
  5. Ability to interpret blueprints and handle tolerances, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  6. Proficiency in using measuring instruments, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  7. Willingness to work varied hours, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Basic/intermediate English proficiency, enabling effective communication and collaboration.
  2. Experience handling MAZAK CNC equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
