**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior Product Designer** to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will play a critical role in driving the design process end-to-end. Your expertise will help us investigate and define open-ended problems, using data analysis, user research, and design best practices to influence and lead the team towards the best solutions for our users and clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Contribute directly to strategic decisions and advocate for design best practices across the team.
- Collaborate proactively with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide holistic solutions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users' needs, tasks, and goals, and translate them into creative and functional experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
**Requirements**
- Strong overall knowledge of UX design, tools, and processes.
- Experience defining user problems and creating solutions based on research and data.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
