**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Recurring Activities**: Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and estimates for the PPS sub-vertical and non-plant operations.

2. **Costing Point of Contact**: Serve as the primary point of contact for costing-related matters for the Hermsillo plant and the Industrial business unit for the Americas region.

3. **Support to Finance Leaders**: Collaborate with the sub-vertical finance lead and ops finance manager in Americas to provide controlling support and expertise.

4. **Analysis and Support**: Provide analysis and support for the Hermsillo plant in reviewing capital investments, savings projects, monthly financial performance, and other related matters.

5. **Weekly Reporting**: Prepare and deliver weekly reports for plant and PPS non-plant operations, including freight, sustaining engineering, efficiency, personnel, and other key metrics.

6. **Journal Entries and Month-End Activities**: Prepare journal entries and perform other month-end activities as required.

7. **Presentations and Insights**: Prepare and present financial results and insights to stakeholders.

8. **Floor Audits and Optimization**: Conduct floor audits to identify opportunities for footprint optimization and asset control.

9. **Costing Maintenance and Recost Process**: Lead the maintenance and review of costing processes, including the annual recost process.

10. **Forecast Preparation**: Prepare forecasts for plant and PPS non-plant operations.

**Job Requirements:**

• 3 years of experience in cost management

• Advanced proficiency in English

• Full-time employment

• Salary: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per month

• 8-hour workday
