As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in adapting, following, and maintaining all specifications required by our clients and international standards such as IATF 16949/ISO 9001.
About the Job:The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the execution of the quality system on the production floor.
- Monitoring process control and identifying quality problems.
- Proposing corrective actions and intervening with customers regarding complaints and services.
- Implementing and monitoring quality procedures according to international standards and company policy.
- Making proposals regarding the improvement of product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administer the work of quality auditors.
- Carry out supplier quality engineering activities (monitoring/inspection/complaints).
- Control the use of external approval marks such as UL, CSA, CCC CQC, etc.
- Develop PPAP.
About You:
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- You have 3-5 years of experience as a quality engineer, process engineer, or project engineer.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software (SAP) and statistical tools.
