Job Summary:

The Producibility Scientist is responsible for supporting Seed Product Development in the Mexico region. Key responsibilities include collaborating with Production Research and Seed Product Development to deliver genetic gain, meet customer needs, and minimize production costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support alignment and execution of regional PC experiments and protocols to the global SPRC model.
  • Partner with region Seed Product Development to design and execute SPRC experiments with a producibility mindset.
  • Establish collaboration between producibility information and product development customers to ensure product advancement decisions meet customer needs.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation by driving continuous improvement in processes and data management.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Agronomy or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of Seed Production experience in corn crop.
  • Strong background and understanding of product development process and crop traits evaluation.
