**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Site Management Excellence Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all activities related to management and operations of a non-production site, including associated locations within one country. This role will have a full scope of functions, including HR, Accounting, Taxation, Facility Management, Procurement, IT Operations, Facility Operations, Quality, and Health, Safety, and Environmental protection.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Co-determine Site Management strategy based on Division and HR strategy, and define priorities for operationalization and strategic measures within the Site.
  • Develop and co-decide on local Site Management footprint.
  • Provide leadership to all subordinated functions, including Human Resources, Facility Management (IT, Procurement, Facility Operations), Quality, and Health, Safety, and Environmental Protection.
  • Implement and consistently apply all relevant Governance Standards and Rules, as well as processes provided by LEONI's BIC Cloud and external parties.
  • Ensure compliance with law, Company's policies, and Company Regulations on country level, and take responsibility for managing claims related to integrity.
  • Define targets and drive performance, including cost efficiency, service quality, and optimization within areas of responsibility, by actively tracking continuous improvements based on KPIs.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate risks, turn opportunities into success, and monitor continuously the development in both dimensions.
  • Assure consistent Site Management Services and Governance across all locations subordinate to the Site.
  • Represent LEONI internally and externally on country level.
  • Maintain constructive labor relations and establish a trustful collaboration towards employee representations and/or unions.
  • Manage employee information and consistent communication.
  • Enable cooperation between sites and support cross-site management circle information/best practice exchange.
  • Assume legal, financial, and operational responsibility for Service Center Sites.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in engineering, or a master's degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similarly position.
  • Experience in Finance and Budgeting.
  • Experience in Resources Management.
  • Experience in Plant Management.
  • Strong competence in Communication, Leadership, Conflict Management, Team Work, Change Management, and Social and Intercultural Sensitivity.
  • Business fluent language skills in English.
