Michael Kors: A Leader in Luxury Fashion

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing the skills of our sales team members, and providing exceptional customer service.

The Role

As a Sales Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to assist upper management in driving results through strategic planning and execution. You will also be responsible for key opening and closing duties, operational tasks, and ensuring that the store is maintained to the highest standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of relevant retail experience
  • A strong understanding of luxury fashion and customer service principles
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
