Ecology Project International (EPI) is seeking a visionary leader to serve as its Executive Director. This dynamic role requires a strong bilingual communicator and mission-driven leader with a holistic, inclusive, and transparent leadership style.
About the RoleThe Executive Director will provide overall leadership and management for the organization, overseeing offices and operations in Mexico, Costa Rica, and the US, with approximately $6M in annual revenue. The successful candidate will work closely with the Board of Directors to determine the organization's strategic direction and achieve its mission.
Key Responsibilities- Provide effective communication with the Board, ensuring timely and accurate information for informed decision-making.
- Lead the organization's staff with diverse backgrounds and cultures, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve the organization's mission and goals.
- Manage the organization's finances, ensuring fiscal sustainability and responsible stewardship of resources.
- Represent the organization externally, building relationships with stakeholders, donors, and partners.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of leadership and management experience, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a master's degree or higher preferred. The successful candidate will be a strong bilingual communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills.
What We OfferThe Executive Director will receive a competitive salary range of $115,000 - $120,000 USD, with flexible office hours and a generous benefits package.
