Ecology Project International (EPI) is seeking a visionary leader to serve as its Executive Director. This dynamic role requires a strong bilingual communicator and mission-driven leader with a holistic, inclusive, and transparent leadership style.

The Executive Director will provide overall leadership and management for the organization, overseeing offices and operations in Mexico, Costa Rica, and the US, with approximately $6M in annual revenue. The successful candidate will work closely with the Board of Directors to determine the organization's strategic direction and achieve its mission.

• Provide effective communication with the Board, ensuring timely and accurate information for informed decision-making.
• Lead the organization's staff with diverse backgrounds and cultures, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve the organization's mission and goals.
• Manage the organization's finances, ensuring fiscal sustainability and responsible stewardship of resources.
• Represent the organization externally, building relationships with stakeholders, donors, and partners.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of leadership and management experience, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a master's degree or higher preferred. The successful candidate will be a strong bilingual communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills.

The Executive Director will receive a competitive salary range of $115,000 - $120,000 USD, with flexible office hours and a generous benefits package.
