About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Software Developer to join our team at Thomson Reuters. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing high-quality code in accordance with specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software solutions for our Firm Management customers.
- Deliver technical solutions for a single product and/or participate in complex projects.
- Write new software, make modifications to existing software, or integrate software applications and modules in accordance with agreed-upon specifications.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, project managers, and other developers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Participate in peer reviews of technical designs, code, documentation, and tests to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Contribute to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- 3+ years of professional development experience or equivalent.
- Experience with integrations, including REST APIs.
- Familiarity with RabbitMQ, Kafka, ElasticSearch, and standard microservice patterns is a plus.
