As a key member of our international operations, you will be responsible for supporting the insurance supervisor with technical, administrative, and commercial processes of the line of business assigned.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Promoting the construction and documentation of all processes through BPMS methodology, including the life cycle of insurance (quotation - issue - claims - cancelations - commissions - manage of earn premiums, and so on).
* Acting as a primary point of contact for insurance with internal areas in terms of procedures and operational issues related with insurance.
* Monitoring the SLA and contracts with the different providers and supporting customer service in order to develop actions to improve the performance of the vendor according with the SLA.
* Supporting the definition of Vehicle Insurance, PPI, GAP, and Extended Warranty functionality in all available platforms.
* Leading the Insurance products implementations (in UAT pre and post deploy).
* Leading the insurance conciliation process.
* Supporting the relationship with the providers, doing the follow up of the projects and daily activities require for the business.
* Supporting the pricing revision, loss analysis, and competitiveness (benchmarking) of the different products.
* Leading the tender processes when is required, interacting with all internal areas involved (legal, compliance, sales, finance, operations, etc).
* Collaborating with the F&I team in all the training process.
* Supporting commercial team with specific campaigns to the network.
* Supporting the planning and implementation of insurance projects (end to end).

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Actuary, or related field.
* Strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
* Certifications or special training in insurance knowledge and certifications useful.
* Total 2 years and type of prior related experience: Interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Teamwork and collaborative attitude.
* Detail Oriented.
* Ability to multitask.
* Highly responsible and proactive attitude.
* Customer-focused approach.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Access database management is a plus).
* Achievement and result-focused - for self and team.
* Commercial understanding of the business, i.e. business drivers, market forces, etc.
