Young People In Recovery - Totalsource is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Recovery Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary

The Recovery Community Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with community partners, developing and implementing outreach strategies, and coordinating recovery-related events and activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with community partners and promote recovery services.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate recovery-related events and activities, including workshops, support groups, and advocacy efforts.
• Provide education and resources to community members on recovery-related topics.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement program goals and objectives.
• Collect and analyze data to track program outcomes and make data-driven decisions.
• Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work, counseling, or public health.
  • 2+ years of experience in outreach, community engagement, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of recovery principles and practices.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
