Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Denodo Developer to join our team. As a key member of our data integration team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data integration solutions using the Denodo Platform. Your expertise in Denodo Version 7 or 8 will be crucial in helping us deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Data Integration: Design and implement data integration solutions using the Denodo Platform, including creating virtual data sources, data mappings, and data integration workflows.
  • Denodo Platform Management: Manage and configure the Denodo Platform, including setting up and maintaining servers, configuring security settings, and managing user access and permissions.
  • Metadata Management: Manage and maintain the Denodo Platform's metadata and data catalog, including creating and managing data models, data sources, and data source views.
  • Data Security: Manage and maintain data security, including implementing and enforcing security policies, managing user access and permissions, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of the Denodo Platform, including implementing caching strategies and optimizing query performance.
  • Backup and Recovery: Manage and maintain Denodo's backup and recovery procedures.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, such as data analysts, data scientists, and BI developers, to understand and meet their data integration needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Denodo Developer or a similar role, with a strong background in Banking, Telecom, or Pharma.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Denodo Version 7 or 8, with experience in migration from another platform to Denodo and a good handle of different caching use cases.
  • Methodologies: Experience using agile software development methodologies.
  • Soft Skills: Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
