Key responsibilities include:

  • Subject matter expert in leasing processes & accounting/regulatory aspects
  • Strong knowledge in related systems & existing architecture
  • Effective relationship management skills; leads cross-functional teams to collectively understand different perspectives and integrate them into optimal solutions
  • Data analysis & recommendation capabilities; provides guidance on resolution options
  • Analytical skills; evaluates complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors

This role requires strong project management and process development skills, excellent communication and influencing abilities, and a deep understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis. Additionally, experience in more than one finance function is expected.
