- Ensure optimal assortment, POS-material needs, and order procedure, as well as manage stock levels and rotation at points of sale.
- Establish staff training programs in collaboration with the Marketing and PR Manager.
- Review business results with customers and take corrective actions to ensure accounts meet company merchandising guidelines.
- Present and sell-in new collections to wholesale partners.
- Control budgets per account and ensure contracts criteria are met with all retailers.
- Open new accounts according to the wholesale strategy and close underperforming accounts in accordance with company strategy.
- Qualify accounts to determine opportunity and investment levels.
- Establish visit reports after every visit and follow up on key issues.
- Collaborate with the Sales Coordinator to guarantee auto-replenishment and collections targets.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to establish marketing, media, and sales plans per point of sale.
- Control visit plans and visit reports.
- Responsible for sales figures in the business plan and collaborate with Logistics and Marketing departments.
- Inform the Brand Manager of any extraordinary or irregular points and elements in the field of responsibility.
- Follow up on new and renovation projects in collaboration with the Brand Manager and OMEGA HQ VM Department.
- Guarantee training level and knowledge about the brand and product for wholesale and retail sales staff.
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 a month
