Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Representative to join our team at Marriott Vacations Worldwide. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, sales, or marketing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to resort guests and members, maintaining a collaborative working relationship with hotel and third-party company employees.
  • Provide concierge services, including accurate tourist information about the region.
  • Promote the Company's vacation club program using premiums and inspiring confidence through professionalism.
  • Determine guest eligibility for promotional presentations and attract eligible guests to preview the program.
Requirements
  • A High School Diploma is required, with a minimum of one year of experience in customer service, sales, or marketing.
  • Bilingualism in English and Spanish is essential, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to build and develop strong work and guest relationships, as well as stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
