Job Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Planner to join our team at ZF Group in Guadalajara, Mexico. As an Inventory Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct supply of direct and indirect materials with authorized suppliers for assigned product lines.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
  2. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and maintain close communication to address any issues.
  3. Analyze inventory data to identify opportunities for reduction and project development.
  4. Proactively identify potential stockouts and excess inventory, and take corrective action.
  5. Prepare and update key reports to measure supplier performance.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  2. 3-4 years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, and control.
  3. Advanced level of English.
