Job Title: BA (Integration Specialist)

Description:

Marsh McLennan LAC is seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to join our team in Mexico City. As an Integration Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting technical and process integrations with the Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) Benefits You Application (BYA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable and scalable third-party integrations.
  • Conduct initial assessments of third-party technology specifications for compatibility with BYA and other MM technology.
  • Support the determination of appropriate integration levels based on business benefits and product development.
  • Ensure technical and operational integrations are executed in a timely and quality manner.
  • Develop criteria and processes for integration maturity for third-party integrations.
  • Ensure appropriate risk assessments are conducted and suitable risk mitigations are in place.
  • Help standardize integration types, including expected processes, timing, costs, and involved parties.
  • Develop data analytics and insights reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in integration management, operations, and technology, systems configuration, or data management.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with IT, Digital, and Operations teams internally and externally to deliver projects and improve processes.
  • Ability to translate integration solution requests into product features, usability, and UX design.
  • Good understanding of the project lifecycle and ability to employ these concepts in process design, system implementation, and development of project deliverables.
  • Attention to detail and ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities with end-user experience.
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree.
