Painter-Faux Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Faux Painting Professional to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our engineering and facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in our properties.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Follow all company and safety policies and procedures
• Report maintenance problems and safety hazards
• Complete safety training and certifications
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
• Anticipate and address guests' service needs
• Assist individuals with disabilities
• Speak with others using clear and professional language
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
• Promote adherence to quality expectations and standards

**Requirements**

• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
• Ability to visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
• Ability to move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladder
• Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight
