Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Airchecks Coordinator to join our team. As an Airchecks Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our podcast and radio content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality control and grading of podcast and radio content against provided scripts and client compliance
  • Send weekly aircheck reports to account directors and campaign managers
  • Upload aircheck request documents to vendor databases
  • Work with media teams to confirm missing aircheck receipts with networks
  • Accurately label reasons for missing airchecks on vendor databases
  • Promptly notify media and accounts teams of discrepancies between booked and cleared media schedules based on aircheck data
  • Accurately fill out radio aircheck toolkits documenting shows that ran based on post-logs
  • Flag auto-grading errors to vendors
  • Manage internal and client-facing toolkits ensuring automation is operating correctly
  • Add airchecks sent by email to dropbox and current sheets

Requirements

  • Previous experience in quality control of mass media
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Ability to work effectively with other departments
  • Strong emphasis on accuracy, detail, and follow-through
