Executive Chef

Hilton Worldwide, Inc. is a leading hospitality company that offers exceptional guest experiences across its global brands. We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team as a Food Production Manager.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen, including operational, quality, and administrative functions. This will involve ensuring the consistent production of high-quality food through all hotel food outlets and maintaining good working relationships with other departments.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications, excellent planning and organizing skills, and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. A current, valid, and relevant trade qualification (proof may be required) and proficiency with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, are also essential.
