Chubb Ina Holdings Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Regional Internal Control Specialist to support the Regional Internal Control Manager in designing and administering the Financial Internal Control environment throughout Latin America. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical guidance, supervising and monitoring adherence to internal control environment requirements, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Review the Financial Internal Control Environment: Perform ongoing reviews to confirm compliance with guidance and identify opportunities to improve internal controls.
  2. Balance Sheet Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of Balance Sheets to assess exposure risk and ensure compliance with Corporate guidance.
  3. General Ledger Account Reconciliation Monitoring: Monitor General Ledger reconciliations to ensure compliance with Corporate guidance and work closely with Local Controllership teams to build and execute Action Plans.
  4. Account Reconciliation Quality Assurance Reviews: Perform quality reviews of General Ledger Account Reconciliations to ensure compliance with the Latin America General Ledger Account Reconciliation Protocol.
  5. Monitor Action Plans: Follow-up on action plans resulting from Internal Control reviews.
