The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical guidance, supervising and monitoring adherence to internal control environment requirements, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Review the Financial Internal Control Environment: Perform ongoing reviews to confirm compliance with guidance and identify opportunities to improve internal controls.
- Balance Sheet Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of Balance Sheets to assess exposure risk and ensure compliance with Corporate guidance.
- General Ledger Account Reconciliation Monitoring: Monitor General Ledger reconciliations to ensure compliance with Corporate guidance and work closely with Local Controllership teams to build and execute Action Plans.
- Account Reconciliation Quality Assurance Reviews: Perform quality reviews of General Ledger Account Reconciliations to ensure compliance with the Latin America General Ledger Account Reconciliation Protocol.
- Monitor Action Plans: Follow-up on action plans resulting from Internal Control reviews.
