About the Position:
Gordian Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Transaction Coordinator to support our client, a leading real estate firm specializing in Manufactured Housing Communities. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized professional who can effectively manage client onboarding, document collection, and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and offboard clients efficiently
- Conduct client kick-off calls and communicate with stakeholders
- Collect, review, and distribute documents
- Assist with operational setup, compliance, and utility management
- Support financial setup, including rent payment coordination and AP monitoring
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate resident phone calls
- Collaborate with internal staff and clients to ensure seamless communication
Requirements:
- Advanced English language skills and strong communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Tech-savviness and strong organizational skills
