About the Position:

Gordian Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Transaction Coordinator to support our client, a leading real estate firm specializing in Manufactured Housing Communities. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized professional who can effectively manage client onboarding, document collection, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and offboard clients efficiently
  • Conduct client kick-off calls and communicate with stakeholders
  • Collect, review, and distribute documents
  • Assist with operational setup, compliance, and utility management
  • Support financial setup, including rent payment coordination and AP monitoring
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate resident phone calls
  • Collaborate with internal staff and clients to ensure seamless communication

Requirements:

  • Advanced English language skills and strong communication abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Tech-savviness and strong organizational skills
