As a key member of our Data, Analytics, and AI Engineering team, you will be responsible for leading and managing technical data projects using Agile methodologies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage technical data projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain Agile project plans, including sprint backlogs, user stories, and task boards.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure effective project execution.
- Define project scope, objectives, and requirements, and ensure alignment with business goals and strategies.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Monitor project progress using Agile metrics, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting effective communication, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement through Agile practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data management, project management, and Agile methodologies.
**Requirements**
- 5+ years' experience as a Technical Data Project Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex data projects using Agile methodologies.
