Job Title: Plant Manager Rubber

Metso is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to join our team in Irapuato. As a key member of our Consumables team, you will be responsible for leading and developing the organization, building and maintaining the factory management system, and running operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and continuously develop the organization
  • Build, maintain and continuously develop the factory management system in accordance with R&P standard management system
  • Run the operations
  • Absorption
  • Total Productivity
  • ITO
  • Product Cost Development
  • LTIF & TRIF
  • OTD, OEE
  • Production Order Lead Time
Requirements:
  • A Mechanical trade qualification from college or technical school; or three to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience must include at least ten years from one or several of the following industries: Rubber, Polyurethane, Screening.
  • Basic computer literacy in MS Office – Word and Excel
  • Must have current motor vehicle license and passport.
  • Must be able to pass random medical and drug tests.
  • Must be physically fit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel within short notice.
  • Experience in the usage of databases and MS Project.
